Step Right Up to the KidsQuest Carnival in Bellevue!

October 3, 2019 by Carter Leave a Comment

Are you a crack shot at knocking over milk bottles? Are your ring toss skills unparalleled? Well, do you also like to raise money for a great cause? If you answered yes to those questions, then you’ll want to challenge carnival game skills while giving back to the community at this year’s KidsQuest Carnival fundraiser in Bellevue, WA. If you want to support a great cause and have fun in Washington, this event should be on your radar.

Information About the KidsQuest Carnival

The KidsQuest Children’s Museum hosts this adults-only carnival in Bellevue. The funds that are raised from ticket sales ($300 per person) help families around the community and the KidsQuest Children’s Museum. If you buy a ticket, you can play different carnival-themed games. You could test your aim while playing Pop-a-Shot, or you can try to win an item by spinning the Amazing Prize Wheel.

The KidsQuest Children’s Museum is such a great resource for the community. Since opening in 2005, it has hosted over 2 million visitors. It encourages learning through play and emphasizes knowledge of science, technology, engineering, art, and math. The museum offers almost 300 unique programs during the year, including classes, summer camps, workshops, and free art and science programs. It’s a great cause to support.

Dinner and drinks are served during the event. As guest enjoy these items, the event organizers discuss how their fundraiser helps everyone in the community. Following dinner, there is usually more time to play carnival games.

Everyone who attends the event can wear casual clothing. However, if you want to stand out, you could incorporate something fancy because the official dress code is casual-chic.

Hotels That Provide Easy Access to the Carnival

The Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle’s Eastside has amenities that will make your time in Washington fun and easy. With free internet access, an indoor 25-meter pool, and a huge fitness center, you can fill your downtime with relaxation and excitement. As part of Seattle’s chic Bellevue Collection, which is a dining, shopping, and entertainment district, you won’t lack for fun or sophistication just outside the lobby.

A few blocks over from the Hyatt Regency, you’ll find the Courtyard, which is another practical place to stay in Bellevue. This spot has suites that promote comfort; the standout features include plush beds, soft pillows, and cozy bedding. The suites are very close to popular attractions in the city, and many stores are within walking distance.

Food by the Carnival

Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar sells high-end food seafood. Most of the meals on the menu are served on large or small dishes. Some main courses are also served on shared plates, and they have enough food for two people.

Terry’s Kitchen serves delicious comfort food in Bellevue. Whenever you explore Bellevue long after the sun sets, you can order a meal at Terry’s Kitchen because the chef continues to cook throughout the night.

The Kidsquest Carnival is worth attending since all funds that are raised during the event help the community. If you stay at one of the hotels near Bellevue, WA, you’ll have easy access to the Carnival and other attractions.
