Fred Brisker, Reasons To Always Ensure You Have Insurance

June 30, 2020 by Carter Leave a Comment

There are some insurances in life which we have no say over, car insurance for example, but there are many other aspects of our lives where we have the option to insure ourselves if we wish. For a multitude of reasons however, there are many of us who choose against insuring ourselves, which is a mistake. Fred Brisker is a genius when it comes to all things insurance related and we consulted him to find out which insurances you should be looking to secure, to which his reply was as many as possible, and here is why.

Bad Things Happen

Ultimately there is no escaping the fact that bad things can happen at any time and being prepared for it is something which is just going to ensure that you are covered if the worst occurs. Not taking out life insurance or home insurance is running the risk of something bad happening which will result in costing you a great deal of money. Yes it is strangely frustrating when you have paid for a year’s worth of insurance and then you didn’t need it, but that is nothing compared to what you will feel if you don’t take it out and then something bad takes place, then you’ll really be kicking yourself.

Financial Planning

If your annual insurance costs you, let’s say $400, you will know that once you have made that payment, the only money which you will need to have set aside is whatever your premium happens to be, and nothing else. Now let’s say that you don’t have home insurance and there is a flood, this could set you back an enormous sum of money, which means destroying any savings which you may have, or plunging yourself into debt, which of course brings with it its own problems. Financial planning is made far, far easier once you know exactly how much you are paying out.

Peace of Mind

Whether we are aware of it or not, there are always issues and problems which bubble away in our subconscious and they directly link to the levels of stress which we feel. When you have insurance it will give you the peace of mind that you are covered no matter what happens, and believe it or not that will most definitely help you to sleep easier. Minimizing risk or knowing that you are in good shape against risks, is something which will make it far easier for you to relax. Whether you are taking out life insurance, travel insurance or home insurance, the overwhelming benefit is that they remove worry from your life, which of course is always going to be worth the cost of the insurance package.

There is little point in running risks that are’t necessary, we live in a world fraught with problems and threats, which is why ensuring that you have all of your insurances in place makes so much sense, and all of the experts will tell you the same thing.
