How Good is the Quality of Life in Dubai?

July 10, 2019 by Carter Leave a Comment

As in any place, when you want to move to a new place, city or country you have to consider lots of factors such as prices, job offers, amenities, public and private transportation, time of commuting, among others. All of the named factors translate into one simple thing that is known as quality of life.

Have you been looking for villas for sale in Dubai? Are you up to date on those new projects by Meraas? Do you want to know how close are Madinat Jumeirah living apartments from downtown? All of these questions can be answered just by looking at the quality of life citizens have in a certain place (Dubai in this case).

1. SMART GOVERNMENT INITIATIVES

Dubai’s government has developed some initiatives that can help you with paperwork online. These initiatives are very helpful for people that are moving into the city or even the country, especially expats.

2. PERKS OF GETTING A VISA

When you get a residence visa you get so many perks like opening you own bank account, rent a house or apartment, you can also buy a car and even enroll your children in public or private schools. Isn’t it amazing?

3. YOU CAN START YOUR OWN BUSINESS

When you get your residence visa, you can also get a trade license and start your own business in any of the free zones in Dubai, without the sponsorship of any local.

4. DUBAI’S A GREAT PLACE FOR WOMEN

Women are traditionally respected in Dubai. They are known as the backbone of the UAE’s society.

5. HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE

Dubai’s also known for being safe and secure for everybody. It also counts with high education quality, childcare services, healthcare, and a very great income.

6. MORE THAN SHINY BUILDINGS

Dubai’s a city that has a lot of history, tradition, and culture. Places like the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood in Dubai Creek or the Al Marmoum track with its camel races are pretty amusing.

7. IT ISN’T A RESTRICTIVE CITY BUT YOU HAVE TO BE RESPECTFUL

There’s a certain standard of behaviour that’s expected from expats, tourists, and visitors in general. Respecting the costumes of a certain place is just basic education. If you cover up your shoulders and knees in public, don’t swear and keep your intimacy for yourself, you’ll be alright.
