You don’t want to miss or let any customer slip out, it is important to manage and take care of every person’s behaviour.

 

  • Lead Scoring- Don’t we tend to range the most valuable to the least? The same goes when you want to convert your customers into paying customers. You score the customers from highest to lowest, this helps you to know which are the most valuable ones. There might be customers who are genuinely interested in your product whereas some might be just for free deal. You can interpret and put efforts accordingly.
  1. Delight

It’s a well-proven fact that the business process never ends at the sale of a product, in reality, the main element comes in play right after the sale. The after-sale service is also known as delighting the customers to ensure high satisfaction. The services ensure referrals through existing customers as well as loyalty over a period of time. As concluded through extensive surveys, it is well established that present-day active customers prefer quality over quantity and Inbound marketing ensures a possibility for it.
