4. Create a To-Do List
Break each task into various sub-tasks. This requires attention to detail. For example, while searching for the right venue, ask questions like:

- Is parking space available or not?

5. Set the budget
This part is the most crucial in this list. You need to know how much you must spend on that budget. There are other parts to organizing a successful event. For example, you also need to identify a theme for your party. Is it going to be a fun-filled event or something serious, business-like? What about the food part? What’s going to be the menu?
