1. Make sure that you consume enough water
If your skin is dehydrated, your wrinkles will become more noticeable, whereas if you make sure to drink 8 glasses of water each day your skin will be hydrated and your wrinkles will be far less noticeable. If you find it difficult to keep hydrated on a daily basis, it’s well worth getting into the habit of carrying around a drink bottle. If you’re not a fan of the taste of water simply add a few drops of lemon juice to your water bottle.
2. Make sure to moisturize your skin two times a day
Moisturizing your skin twice a day, will also ensure that your skin is well hydrated and plump. The two best times to moisturize your face is first thing in the morning, once you get out of your shower and right before you hop into bed each night. Having the right skin care routine will help you to get rid of wrinkles, fine lines and other skin problems.
3. Invest in a high quality night moisturizer
If you’re not used to moisturizing your face before bed, it’s well worth investing in a thick night moisturizer which will absorb into your skin as you sleep. Night moisturizers are a great investment since they are normally much thicker than general moisturizers and they don’t have to be as sheer as day time moisturizers as you’ll be in bed sleeping all night.
4. Purchase a highly rated eye cream to reduce the appearance of your wrinkles
Another great way to reduce the appearance of your wrinkles is to purchase a highly rated eye cream, in order to turn back the hands of time and to restore youth to your under eye area.
5. Use vitamin C oil on a daily basis
The active ingredients found in vitamin C oils have the ability to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, so it’s also a great idea to add vitamin C oil to your daily face care routine. The best time to put vitamin C oil is right before you moisturize your face each morning.
Just be sure to use a drop or two on your face as a little goes a long way and if you use too much vitamin C oil your face may look oily and greasy.
6. Make sure to get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night
There’s a reason why sleep is often referred to as “beauty sleep”. When you ensure that your body gets 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, you’ll see that your skin looks fresher and more radiant. When you sleep you give your body a chance to replenish its collagen cells, which are essential to maintaining a fresh and youthful appearance.
If you follow the five skin care tips listed above you should notice a visible difference in the appearance of your wrinkles within a month.
