If you find it difficult to keep hydrated on a daily basis, it’s well worth getting into the habit of carrying around a drink bottle. If you’re not a fan of the taste of water simply add a few drops of lemon juice to your water bottle.
2. Make sure to moisturize your skin two times a day
Moisturizing your skin twice a day, will also ensure that your skin is well hydrated and plump. The two best times to moisturize your face is first thing in the morning, once you get out of your shower and right before you hop into bed each night. Having the right skin care routine will help you to get rid of wrinkles, fine lines and other skin problems.
3. Invest in a high quality night moisturizer
If you’re not used to moisturizing your face before bed, it’s well worth investing in a thick night moisturizer which will absorb into your skin as you sleep. Night moisturizers are a great investment since they are normally much thicker than general moisturizers and they don’t have to be as sheer as day time moisturizers as you’ll be in bed sleeping all night.
